Reverse side showcases the Clock Tower during the oldest continuous Halloween Parade and Frolic in the United States. Showcasing our local high school marching band and our Halloween bat decorative lights you could almost hear the sounds of the parade cascading down Oregon Street. The base of the leaf is gives the viewer a glimpse of autumn in Hiawatha with the fall color palette of leaves on side
